Hello Rick:

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we were with the quality of
our deck and boat dock on Lake Holden. Your team did a fabulous job interpreting my
"napkin design" into engineered plans and ultimately a great party deck. We had a uniquely
shaped property with lots of opportunities and even more constraints- the deck you built
works perfectly for our entertaining needs and improved the functionality of our existing
non-conforming boat house.

I was impressed by the ease your team handled the entire permitting process. The
craftsmanship and follow-up by your team made the construction effort easy, with limited
impact on our daily activities. The attention to detail with every post, screw and cap makes
for a nice finished product. I must add that we really love the "Ipe" Brazilian hardwood that
you recommended for our deck and dock- the slight increase in cost has been well worth
the natural beauty and overall aesthetics.

Thanks again for your expertise in marine construction and deck building- it helped us
create a fabulous outdoor entertaining area- I hope you can stop by to play!

After interviewing several dock builders, I chose Fender Marine Construction to build my boat dock because of the friendly staff, their knowledge of dock construction and their willingness to build my dock exactly as I wanted; not from an existing template.  

Before signing a contract, the owner, Rick Fender, introduced me to the construction supervisor and the workers that would be performing the work.  The work was started and completed within the time that was specified.

As my dock was being constructed, Rick would stop by the site and check on the progress.  Rick also returned to my house weeks after the job was completed ensure that I was still satisfied. I did not expect to have such a great experience.

It is my pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend Fender Marine Construction to anyone that is considering having a boat dock constructed.

Mr. Fender,

I was amazed at the quality and speed I was provided in doing business with Fender Marine.  The dock and boat house you built for me was completed in just five days.  The workers were courteous, and took the time to explain to me the necessary filings, permits, and plans which were necessary to build the doc.  We are very happy with our new dock and boat house and I wanted to shoot you an email to thank you.  The industrial quality bumpers you installed, and flat deck cleats are awesome.  Great quality.  I'm sure I will get many years use out of it.  Thank you again for your help, and if there any of my friends in need of a dock, I will be sure to send them your way.
